Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital downloadable products (including tests, PDFs, practice papers, and related files) and virtual quiz products offered through our platform.

1. Digital Downloadable Products
All downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a file is purchased and delivered, access is considered complete, and no refund will be issued.

2. Virtual Products (Quizzes and Online Tests)
Refund eligibility for virtual quiz-based products depends on the percentage of content completed by the user.
Eligibility Criteria
Completed up to 5%:
Eligible for a 30% refund of the purchase value.
Completed above 10% and up to 20%:
Eligible for a 10% refund of the purchase value.
Completed 20% or more:
No refund is applicable.
Important Notes
Completion percentage is calculated based on system-tracked activity.
Any attempt to manipulate quiz progress, access logs, or system records may result in denial of refund.
Refunds, if eligible, will only be processed to the original payment method.

3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

5. Legal Jurisdiction
