Refund and Returns Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital downloadable products (including tests, PDFs, practice papers, and related files) and virtual quiz products offered through our platform.
Digital Products
At My E tutors we only offer digital products. They are in form of
- Quiz (computer-based test (CBT))
- Subjective Test (Question paper on computer)
These products are non- downloadable. Both types of tests require PC / Laptop for real world exam experience. If you wish you can also attempt on mobile devices, but we don’t recommend using mobile devices for performing tests.
Refund Policy
As both products are digital products. The Refund policy is conditional
Eligibility for Refund policy:
- After successful purchase, if 0 % of the product is used with in 30 days qualifies for 100 % refund. But the verification of usage is our server based where date, time and usage are recorded.
- After successful purchase, if 5 % of the product is used with in 30 days qualifies for 60 % refund. But the verification of usage is our server based where date, time and usage are recorded.
- After successful purchase, if 10 % of the product is used with in 30 days qualifies for 40 % refund. But the verification of usage is our server based where date, time and usage are recorded.
- After successful purchase, if 20 % of the product is used with in 30 days qualifies for 30 % refund. But the verification of usage is our server based where date, time and usage are recorded.
- After successful purchase, if more than 20 % of the product is used with in 30 days qualifies for 0 % refund. But the verification of usage is our server based where date, time and usage are recorded.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings related to purchases, refunds, or access to digital or virtual products will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana, India.
